Doug Perry, Founder
Doug co-founded D&D in 1979 after spending 16 years with Bradlees. During Doug's tenure with Bradlees, his positions ranged from store manager to finally, merchandise manager. Doug has been involved with all aspects of the business from both sides of the desk. He has seen it all in 40 plus years of detailed service and has a wealth of amazing stories and business insights to share.

Today, Doug's involvement reaches to all aspects of the business. Doug beliefs that the values of integrity, honesty and hard work that he founded D&D with, continue to serve as the foundation for the customer and factory relationships that will define the company's future.
Derek Perry, President
Derek Perry joined D&D in 1992, representing the second generation of the Perry family to provide professional sales representation to D&D's customers. Derek has worked in all areas of the business during his tenure with D&D, from a retail service manager to his current position today. Derek's vision, founded from the principles of his father, will guide the company's future. Derek has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Bentley, Waltham MA.
Bill Gillen, Vice President - GM & Seasonal

Bill joined D&D in 2001, also representing the second generation as son-in-law to Doug Perry. Bill's prior sales experience includes 4+ years in the pharmaceutical industry as a sales specialist with AstraZeneca, Johnson & Johnson, and 5 years with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Sales Management, Sales Training and Human Resources. Bill currently works in all aspects of the business primarily focusing on key accounts. Bill has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of, Bentley, Waltham MA.
Greg Hagopian, Vice President - Consumables
Greg joined D&D in 2010 to focus on consumables. Greg's has over 30 years experience as a buyer, most recently 7 years with BJ's Wholesale Clubs and 23 years with CVS/Caremark. Greg's extensive knowledge in the consumable categories will guide this growing business for D&D. Greg has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Stonehill College, Easton MA.
